This certification is recognized in 39 states, Canada, Mexico and branches of the U.S. military. Course material addresses both theoretical and experiential components so that the learner gains practical knowledge and methods of application regarding alcoholism and substance abuse counseling. See our CASAC Program - Distance Learning page for a detailed outline of our CASAC courses. Courses are also available to credentialed CASACs who need re-credentialing hours.
